Needs some updates

I use this app because it seems to update quickly. However, it has so much potential to be awesome. 1. It needs to do push notifications when a new house is added from your saved searches. 2. It needs more control of the houses scrolling on the top. Not everyone is looking at homes in their area, so thats not helpful. 3. Within a saved search, it would be nice to be able to update the settings instead of everything being reset when you go to change them.
