Great way to find a house. I found myself using the map feature a lot. That feature allows you to search the neighbourhoods you prefer. The map results occasionally do show a property outside the area youre looking in but otherwise an incredibly convenient app!
Perfect app when looking for a home or just keeping an eye on the neighbourhood prices. The more I use it, the more I like it.
Please integrate Facebook login option. No one wants to create additional logins.
No matter where I go in the USA, this app lets me peruse houses for sale or rent. Sort or refine the results as you like. Wish it worked on my PC too.
Ive been using KW for about 5 months. I have no complaints. Its great. Im able to search to my hearts desire!!
Good for a quick reference, anywhere, anytime. One of my go to tools in the box!, without a doubt.

Some bad moments

Every time I try to add a house to my saved properties it comes up an error message saying: "invalid text code no sites match supplied text code" its getting aggravating.
Very low level functionality and lots of bugs. One of them is whenever you use the filter option and apply the settings, it zooms out to a complete overview of the US, then you gotta zoom into your area. Since they are a top reality agency, they should strongly considering reinvesting money into this app.
The app is super helpful, the problem was with the realtors. I found them to be unprofessional and lack the knowledge of the apartments that you would expect. Especially for their fee. The app helped, but I wouldnt use this realtor again.
All I wanted to do is see ONE listing and I went to the website in my web browser, they literally would not let me view anything and forced me to download the app in order to look anything up. Im deleting it as soon as I see the ONE listing I needed to see. Thanks.
The worst realty app. Unfortunately I do *occasionally* see homes pop up quicker here than Zillow and Realtor so I continue to use it. It is as buggy as hell. Zooming in at out at will, needing to "search again" when you move around the map, and tapping on a home not working or when a home pops up it wont disappear and then you cant tap on anything again. It also doesnt include tax information or school ratings. The pricing increments are in 25k and the lot sizes start at .25 acres (realtor is like that too). I dont understand why, its not like your copying Zillow by giving users more searable options!!! I only check in on it once a day until I am too aggravated to use it anymore.
This app could be great but it frequently doesnt work. Multiple times Ive tried to save properties and it repeatedly goes to the logout screen. It also will not allow me to delete old searches.
