KW: Buy & Sell Real Estate App Reviews

I moved to Vegas in December 2015. I a friend referred me to an Agent, Mrs. D. E., with KW Realty. I had been using other apps not attached to Realestate companies. This app blew me away! The ability to search an area you happen to be in is Great! I have found more active listing with this app than I have with the Hotpads or Zillow app. Trying to locate a home for myself and my family had gotten to be one of the most stressful things Ive had to do this year. This KW App has made it so much easier, and fun! Thank you so much Mrs. D. E.!!

From an agents viewpoint, this app helps tremendously. It has become a great tool for sharing properties with our clients. Our clients love being able to search and share with us as well.

I cant get passed the terms and conditions screen.

This is as easy as it gets! Easier to look on app than MLS! I use it all the time to check on listings and current inventory. Thanks KW

This app is well designed. It includes features that none of the other real estate apps have. Locally focused.

Great app and you can search anywhere. Crashes a lot but still love it because I am a real estate mogul wannabe :)

Great tool

I like to use the nearby homes portion of this app but every time I want to there is a required upgrade. Deleting this app and going to a different one.

Easily 5 stars. Detailed, easy to use, all listings, easy to view pictures, save favorites, save searches. Just all around great app.

The app is helpful, however the map tool is minimally functional. The drawn search area has to be very small and the search preferences do not transfer from the list preferences to the area drawn. Also, even though you can deselect condos, condos continue to be listed when youve selected single-family homes. Additionally, when perusing through pictures of a home, the pictures take a long time to load when compared to competing apps. I like KW a lot bc they often show a number of homes that are not listed via other realty apps, so perhaps that is the trade-off for subpar functioning and usability.

I would like to filter based upon a school zone and year the home was built.

I found this app helpful to work with my agent and identify homes to see.

You can pick a neighborhood or are and find everything available in the market. You can even clarify price range, etc.

We have been looking for several months now and Mickey has been awesome with fine tuning our search for the perfect next home He really listens and notes what we are looking for. Always happy to continue the "hunt" for our next home
